By accessing or using Klyentik CRM, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of the service

Klyentik CRM is a software product that helps beauty professionals manage clients, services, appointments, and related workflows. Features may evolve over time.

User responsibilities

Users are responsible for the accuracy of the data they enter and for keeping their account credentials secure. You agree not to misuse the service or attempt unauthorized access.

Payments and subscriptions

Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing period, renewal terms, and cancellation options are shown before purchase.

For iOS users, subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store / Apple ID. The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Users can manage or cancel their subscription in Apple ID subscription settings.

For Android users, subscriptions may be processed through Google Play. Users can manage or cancel their subscription in their Google Play account.

Access to paid features remains active while the subscription is valid, unless the subscription is refunded, revoked, canceled by the store, or expires.

Limitation of liability

Klyentik CRM is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect damages or losses arising from the use of the service.
